A hole in my logic

I don't know if everyone would still visit this space anymore. I doubt anyone would read my post either. I know I have never touch this space for a very long time. But I just feel like blogging some thing, to lighten my heart. And hopefully, I will feel better.

Recently, I got back my result for mid year. It was totally atrocious. But It was expected, because I was never good in my studies. To be frank, I had been depending on luck for my studies. Till where I am now, I should say that I am pretty a lucky person. Even from the standard of english that I typed here, is completely similar to primary school standard.

People always compare me to my brother. They always mentioned how diligent, intelligent, gentle and how well he fared for his studies wise. When it comes to me, they always tell me "Why can't you be like your brother? Your brother is so much better than you. You should learn something from him". Simply these few words were enough to tear me down. I wonder have they ever know how much have they hurt me? I know I can never be like my brother. He's so much cleverer than me, much more handsome than me, so much better than me. Even when we two were toddles, so many of my relatives pampered my brother. They even bought playstation, lego, nitento and many other toys for him. I was puzzled that why don't I get an equally privilege as him? Till then, I found out that most of my relatives dislike me because I was a crybaby and I was an outrageous and implusive child, hence, my brother look so much cuter than me. I began to feel lonely. Whenever my relatives come to visit me, I will go to my mum's room close my door and not to let me see me, and I will begun to cry to myself. It hurts even more when I also found out that my parents wanted to abort me because I was not a female. They told me how regret they were to born me. I felt like I was a burden to them. Why were I ever born into this world? What have I done wrong? Why is it till now, they still compared me with my brother? I just do not understand why. I just want to be myself! I may have a bleak future, but I just want to live as the one and only quin weng.

I have a reason why I am so cheeky and outspoken. I tend to be so cheerful on the outside. Never had I failed to cling a wide smile on my ugly face. The reason is simply to disguise my emotion. I put on a strong front, so that my emotions will not affect others. I want to let others know that life is worth happy living, even till the very last second of a day is, also worth it. If I am given a choice, I would rather live myself this way. Although I know I will score lower than my brother for o lvl, but this doesn't matter. As long as I have tried my best and defeat myself, be it is ite or poly, I will also contented with myself. I really do not want to win him, though he may have a better life in future or what, I just want to live on with my own life even though he may stay at bigger houses, wealthier or whatsoever. All I ever wanted is simply nothing but just my own life.

I maybe a failure in my studies, but I am not a complete failure.

since I have some free time now, I might as well do some blogging.

Exam is drawing closer. I can't denied that everyone's face starting to have pimple breakout, darker eye bags, half shut eyes and any other symptoms that a stress person has. Even I do. I didn't even try to take a glance into the mirror now, it look so horrible. Haha. Nevertheless, I hope you guys are having adequate rest, drink plenty of water and exercise if you need to.

Anyway, I am very contented that I have pluck my courage to speak to you, again. Although we only exchange a few sentence, at least I am delighted:).

Alright, I shall go back to work now.

Guess I have been on hiatus for quite a period of time. The reason why I have been away for so long is I have completely lost the motive of blogging. Perhaps its hectic schedule that result in a social gap. And finally, I have settled down and given myself some time to get back to blogging.

I actually wanted to delete this space. But because of those wonderful memories I had, I decided not to, and I want to keep them as memories that I will never forget. Those thick and thin I have went through, made me who I am now, and I never will regret what I have done.

During the period when I'm away, I have experienced and got a pinch of the outside world is like. I get to tried stuff which I yearn for. And I received help from people be it, financially, studies, physically, mentally or whatever you name it, you all have gave me the best helping hand when I went through my toughest time. Although I have said umpteen times of "Thank You", but I would like to say again, Thank You very much. I do not know how to repay back, but I will give in what I can give most.

I am actually in a dilemma now. To choose between 5N or ITE. I doubt I will be able to get promoted, as I am very weak in my languages. Hence, I have never past from primary 4 onwards. The exam is in a week time, wish me well!

After a disappointing result from the first fishing trip, I decided to give it another try!
This time the result was much better, 3 rods, 13 fishes.
Very satisfied this round!

to add on, im starting to lose my belongings one by one!
this is real bad, seriously.
First, was I nearly lost my camera and my sister's wallet
Luckily, both items were being found shortly and returned
Second, was my ez-link card and library book.
And fortunately, ez-link card was found by a officer at the Braddell station.
And I carelessly left my library book at SB station.
and shortly after I realize, went back to the station, and i found the book
This is really not 'bagus'!

hence, the security guard joke that I should get a girlfriend so that I won't keep losing my stuff.
this is so crap!
But luckily, every belongings was return safely back to me.
pls dont have a third time!
In conclusion, im very careless!

Hey, I know I haven't been updating for quite some time.
So I'm here to keep it updated.

Yeah, I find it kinda difficult to focus when I'm studying, thus, I always divert my attention to some other unnecessary things.

Well, It might not be as good as what you see in the media.
but after all, it is just for your eyes only.
I can't really remember all those steps of folding an origami, cuz there are so many steps!

Its been awhile since I updated. I really do not know where i should start nor end. All I can say that is, times was never easy ever since I started working at 13. Though it was just a short 4 years, but those words that they scolded me are still haunting me till now. Back then when I was waiter, I did not bothered about how good my job was, but what only I cared was the pay and money.

And I was wrong to think this way, totally wrong. This job lead me to nowhere near happy. I thought I could tolerate their scolding just by looking forward to my pay and nothing else. But I failed to do it. Their words are just as sharp as a knife, and it keeps stabbing me.

When you are new and young, its human's nature for those seniors to look down on you. But this is not the issue, but is how you adapt to your tolerance towards their rants, comments and scoldings, It is something you will never receive from your parents when you're at the outside world.

I know they scolded was because of my own good and also to let me feel that It is not about the concept of how good your abilities are, but how you persevere through to learn to be better than yours abilities. This is what they taught me and somehow it motivate me to be better.

And I realised, the real happiness is not about the money you earn, but how happy you work for this job. To me, the importance of happiness weights heavier than money. Money is just a root of all evil.

Friday:
After my monkey business with my clique, rush home to have a few bites and rush off to meet my last time clique. Off we go to carry with our plan, and i was surprise that I happen to see andrew and gang also shisha there. Not a moment after we crap around, there comes the other gyss people, which is a lot of em! Then that was when the temperature starts to rise to party!
Okay, i shall not elaborate any further as the others blog have alr mention on the occasion.
Saturday:
Woke up pretty early and meet eric at bishan. Then off to raffles to study at starbuck. He taught me chem and I taught him math. *thanks eric for clearing my burden for chemistry. And your teaching is great. Sorry if mine teaching wasn't that good*. And after that, he start to crap all those cute things.
Then rush off to meet my clique. After that, went to eat a feast consist of chicken breast without nipple, and curry fish head. After eating, went to have a dessert, which is very very nice. Except for the killa liquor ice cream. Then walk to nanny to toa payoh and then we sat down to chat awhile before we went our separate ways.

About my previous post, I have done an additional. I have no thoughts of winning others now. As long as I know, I have tried my best and win myself, I am somewhere near satisfaction. And a BIG thank you for those who have been supporting me behind my back.

Upon recieving my mtl and geo paper, the first thing I felt was lousy and nothing else. Although it was a pass, but what makes me feel lousy is that I have studied for those tests and yet I lost to someone who didn't even study. This is not the first time, but many times. And I doubt my chemistry will pass, or pass but still will lose out.
Though the biggest enemy is me, myself, but I always fail to defeat myself. Maybe I am just merely dumb and stupid, that is why I have wasted a year playing, and eventually end up retaining. I have never become the best, never even once no matter how hard I have tried.
Even for my languages, Its so lousy that people even laugh at it. Neither do I feel hurt nor insulted, but it gives me a feeling that my languages is way behind you. I know you guys are just joking, and I can take jokes, but is only that I feel very lousy, you guys do not have to apologise. And even building up a body give me a sense of lousiness. Though I go more training, but my size still lose out to you who go lesser training than I do. And even for all the DnT tools, I do not even know a single one of their name(except for a few) but I only know the functions. It makes me feel very lousy that I am so back behind you guys, and I feel lose out.
I am not sad, but to me, this is motivation. You can laugh at me, insult my weakness, hate me(there are a lot out there, i know), but I will never give up, and I will never ever give up that easily.
But do not worry, this can never fail me affect my mood or anything to stop me from having fun, but It makes me even wanna work harder.
And people, please do not follow my footsteps. Retaining is not something to be proud of, but a disgrace of yourself. Retaining doesn't mean that its the end of your future, but it gives you more time to build up your foundation and get a better result for your N or O level. But if I didn't have retain, I wouldn't have end up knowing all my good friends at 3ns. And I am very happy know you all as my friend.

Jurong bird park is definitely an awesome place. Despite an on and off heavy pour, the rain failed to drown our happiness. To be frank, yesterday was one first time visiting bird park. It was so awesome for a first time. After the spectaculars parrot show at amphitheater, we guys repeat what the parrot sang, and Syafie's voice is exactly the same as that parrot.

Dinner was rather fun. Played a certain games then whoever lose will drink a cup of junks. Haha, I lost a few times and the food cause my gut to feel like its burning inside out. After that, went to play pool(which I'm not good at it).

After the pool, we went our separate ways. And we called off for a day.

It was definitely a fun day!

Still recognize him? Many might not. He's Then Chee Heng, a bloody joker from my hometown. But he left school to enjoy life instead, asshole. But upon talking to him yesterday, it kinda brings back some memories which we left during secondary 1 and 2.
So much happening during our times. We were the pure havoc of the class and I was the class chairman back then! Our academic was horrendous, and yet we took it so lightly. Despite having bad academic, we always look upon going to school everyday. Everyday in school was just laughter, play and havoc. There is nothing much we could ever ask for.
But all these are bygones, and all the pain we have gone through makes us what we are now.
I see so much changes in him and even everyone around me. Everybody's changing and I don't feel the same.

Its so close to dead, but yet, time wait for no man. I guess I'm tired these few days. I have never felt that sleepy in a cinema before. I doze off a countless of times for such an awesome movie, and even those exciting part. Well Eric, sorry that I was very sleepy throughout the whole journey, shall wait for another sleepless night agn.

Due to my back, there are not much activities I can do even with the help of medicine. I think its really time to request for an appointment than bearing the pain. Oh well... Sometimes I hate it, but I have no other choice but to face it.

Of all, this is the goat that I like the most.

No joke, goat farm is smelly but awesome. Had fun feeding the goats, while chang was screaming all day long. And we'll definitely be back there again for the next holiday(earlier than usual)!

Steamboat for 2, but 4 of us were eating. Service was good, and I realize that black got big appetite(like I do).

Then off to watch Spain's match with Greece. After the match, and we had a big feast then off to sleep till the next morning. But whats more shocking was, I actually shared bed with black, but the next afternoon when I woke up, I found out that I was at his brother's bed.

Sorry that my phone's camera is not as good as a SLR, so please bear with it.

Wow, I'm surprised that my brother sneak into my account. Thank you bro : ).

Well, what can I say? I'm back, and 10 days just gone in a blink. I had pocket full of fun for the past 10 days. The food there was awesome, and surprisingly, my brother's prediction was right. I gained weight, and from a 53Kg boy turn into a 59Kg fat ass just in a short period of time. But who cares, no matter how fat I have turn into, it was worth the fun. I tried drinking coffee from every corner of the village, night market, foot massage, watched euro matches and I even went with my grandfather for t'ai chi!

And those who have been anticipating to receive fruits from me, I'm sorry to say that the fruits there are not ripped yet. I'm very sorry.

And for those for who watch Uefa Euro, SUPPORT SPAIN WITH ME!

Seems like the night is still young for me. Cannot sleep every single night, sometimes even 4-6 hour of sleep to kick start a day. I know I am physically tired, but mentally, it is like a bunch of strings being entangled. Maybe a sleeping pill or two, will be enough for my night.

Training, coffee talk, town, window shopping, dinner, uncle's talk and fantastic four was all about last night. I could barely sit down and rest for more than an hour, like as if I am enjoying my very last second in Singapore. Though it is like a few days more to go before I set off, I sure enjoyed myself with those whom I have went out with for the past few days. Thank you so much, more fun will be coming when I am back! So be patient, fun is worth the waiting.

My results are not as bad. Before exam, I actually made a promise with my Mum that if I would to score 3 A for my mid-year examination, then I would like to go back to my hometown to help out with my grandfather as a farmer and also with my uncle's wedding for 2 weeks of June holiday.

Though all my papers are not back in hand yet, but I'm somewhere near the expectation, which I'm quite happy about. But surprisingly, my mum encourage me to go even without getting 3 A. Ah, I just cannot imagine how adventurous it will be!

From what I've being told, I guess I'm starting to put my heart down. Everything is definitely gonna be alright, is just that I'm thinking too much. Things have changed for me, all these are just a lesson that is meant for me to learn.

Though this has been a challenge to me, I definitely have learn from my mistake. For now, I just want to hope for the best in you. I owe you more than an apology.

Today has rather been odd. Not to mention about exam, neither nor any daily life diary. I've been seeing people having the urge to smoke these days. Has cigarette became an addictive drug? One pack of cigarette cost 10+, but people never seems to care about on their expenses on cigarette. For massive smoker like my dad, he needs at least 2 pack per day. In a month, his expenses on cigarette will be like 600+, which is equivalent to my shopping list!

So smokers, no offense. I won't stop you from smoking, but every choices comes with a consequences. Think before taking the risk.
